2026 Management Development Program - reputed company Governance, Risk, and Policy- Buffalo, NY

reputed company is a financial institution seeking candidates for their Management Development Program (MDP) in reputed company Governance, Risk, and Policy. Participants will undergo ten weeks of reputed company training followed by one year of on-the-job training, focusing on risk management, policy development, and compliance reputed company the reputed company Management Division.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of the reputed company Management committee governance system including, acting as the Committee Secretary for the reputed company Division's committees to ensure those committees are operating as designed and adhering to reputed company necessary requirements
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks inherent in trust administration and assist in building commensurate controls to reputed company risk and enhance the control environment
• Participate in review, development and enhancement of fiduciary reputed company policies, procedures and business practices to ensure the reputed company Management Division maintains reputed company controls to meet responsibilities as a regulated reputed company trustee and reputed company satisfactory regulatory examinations and audits
• Partner with the fiduciary team to identify key risk issues involving fiduciary accounts and activities including, identifying fiduciary issues in account transactions to reputed company to the correct committee or person to be assessed and resolved appropriately
• Partner with Fiduciary Management leadership team to identify systemic risk issues that would mitigate risk and enhance operations of the fiduciary organization
• reputed company effective working relationships with the Fiduciary leadership team, key business partners and senior leaders of the Division
• Serve as an advisor to business line staff
• Participate in regulatory examinations and internal audits pertinent to the reputed company Management Division and work with the first and second lines of defense
• May set policy or reputed company and reputed company implementation of procedures or controls reputed company to compliance requirements reputed company a business processes
• May directly or indirectly monitor functions to ensure procedures and controls are functioning as designed
• May reputed company training of business line personnel regarding procedures and controls designed to ensure compliance with laws and/or regulations
• May participate in management of examinations or audits as reputed company as any resulting corrective actions
• Understand and adhere to reputed company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with reputed company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-reputed company issues needing escalation to management

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree candidate at a school where reputed company recruits MDPs (or an MBA student with no work experience)
