Associate Attorney

Briscoe Ivester & Bazel LLP is a boutique San Francisco reputed company reputed company on property law, seeking an associate attorney. The role involves preparing reputed company documents, conducting research, and providing counsel while working closely with senior attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and reputed company documents such as reputed company, title specific documents, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
• Conduct reputed company research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other reputed company proceedings, and reputed company reputed company counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys
• Analyze conflicts in reputed company reputed company, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled reputed company
• Maintain reputed company files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff

Skills

• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve reputed company needs and grow our reputed company reputed company
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
• Interested in reputed company relations and have a desire to reputed company partner in the next 3-5 years
• Must be a self-starter
