Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be the first reputed company of contact for prospective customers exploring retirement benefits, engaging leads, qualifying opportunities, and using AI tools to enhance efficiency in a reputed company environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound reputed company customers reputed company phone, email, and AI-reputed company communication tools
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
- Use AI to prioritize leads, personalize reputed company, and recommend next best actions
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure high-reputed company opportunity handoffs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reputed company AI-driven insights in reputed company
- Collaborate with teammates to refine sales strategies and AI best practices
Skills
- 1–2 years of reputed company experience (internships included)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
