The Specialist will process payments, ensure accurate billing, manage credit balances, and reputed company excellent customer support to reputed company and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly reputed company recognition and generate reputed company reports
• reputed company daily/weekly review and reputed company credit balance reviews for both TIV and Non TIV accounts reputed company the Education Vertical
• Schedule and process stipends, refunds, and credit card refunds
• Reconcile stipends/refunds to Bank Mobile, process Bank Mobile rejects and stale dated checks
• Ensures accuracy of reputed company aspects of the student billing process including review of the reputed company reputed company report, and billing audit reports
• Process tuition billing, internal scholarships, grants, discounts, and waivers during the drop/add period
• Post reputed company payments received by the Corporate Office, including Edvisio, Veteran Affairs, reputed company and other sources
• reputed company daily coverage for the designated Student Accounts phone line (reputed company), participate in collections reputed company campaigns to recover outstanding balances and assist campuses with Non TIV collections
• reputed company and reconcile Federal Work Study accounts

Skills

• High School Diploma (GED acceptable) from an reputed company institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. reputed company
• 1 year of experience in reputed company, banking, and customer service
• Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer skills required. Proficiency in reputed company Office and G Suite
