Collections Representative I

reputed company. (reputed company) is currently seeking a Collections Representative I to join their team. The role involves managing past-due accounts, providing customer service regarding collection issues, and building relationships with customers while ensuring reputed company reputed company of delinquency.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve reputed company discrepancies and short payments
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
• Build and maintain working relationships with Customers, Dealers, other reputed company entities, and associates
• Follows through on reputed company issues reputed company and accurately to reputed company and ensure escalation reputed company necessary for cases
• Resolve customer delinquency to ensure reputed company prior to 90 days
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• Resolves disputes such as insurance, asset usage, sales tax, equipment disputes, property tax, monetary adjustments etc. in a reputed company fashion
• Has skip tracing/account reconciliation knowledge
• Update reputed company systems with case management while updating and maintaining both the contact and virtual account database
• Responsible to reputed company reputed company, courteous, reputed company and accurate service to our customers that is in reputed company with the reputed company Brand image
• Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions while maintaining customer reputed company, collaborating and communicating in reputed company time

• Ability to manage customers with multiple schedules

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge level of reputed company Office products
• Requires individuals to work successfully reputed company reputed company environment and inter-departmentally to ensure service reputed company, group and individual metrics are met
• Proven analytical problem solving skills and basic math skills required
• Ability to multitask and reputed company in a fast paced environment
• Strong ability to prioritize, with excellent time management skills
• 1 year of Collections/Customer Service experience
• Additional vocational training or coursework in a reputed company field is a plus
