[Remote] Customer Support Associate (US)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers primarily through phones as reputed company as through email, chat, text, and reputed company channels while creating memorable service interactions
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in alignment with reputed company and brand voice

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
