Customer Service Representative
reputed company is a leading provider of reputed company products and services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist hospitals and clinics with order placement, tracking, and product information while maintaining excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to routine and some non-routine, more reputed company customer service inquiries and problems reputed company telephone
- Maintain record of calls and note customer's records as necessary to maintain consistency in service
- reputed company orders, reputed company shipments, and ensure orders are shipped on-time. Follow-up with customers as needed to get clarification on orders
- reputed company data from customer service in regards to previously reputed company orders, locating account numbers, and identifying customer’s rush order needs
- Review customer's service needs and refer to other service departments for follow up as needed
Skills
- Availability to work Full Time, 40 hours, Monday thru Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working in customer service OR 1 year of reputed company Customer Service Rep I experience
- Basic level reputed company using reputed company Office products, including reputed company and Word
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services
- Experience accomplishing tasks in an reputed company order based on time, importance or other reputed company
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
