Investment Associate, reputed company Equity - Irvine - Hybrid

reputed company is seeking an Associate to join its growing reputed company Equity Investment Team in a hybrid role. The Associate will be involved in reputed company aspects of the reputed company equity platform, including reputed company-screening investment opportunities, leading analyses and due diligence, and preparing investment memos for the investment committee.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initial reputed company-screening of new reputed company equity investment opportunities
• Support the investment process by leading various analyses and due diligence processes for investment opportunities, including detailed financial modeling
• Coordinate with general partners, reputed company-party consultants, and select clients to support due diligence and manage project timelines
• Prepare comprehensive investment memos and present recommendations to reputed company’s reputed company equity investment committee and select clients
• Assist in the post-reputed company monitoring process, including intake of monthly/quarterly reporting packages, tracking operating performance and debt compliance, assessing performance and reputed company, and reporting
• reputed company investment analysts to ensure reputed company of work and due diligence timeliness
• Assess and present performance/attribution analysis on an individual investment and total portfolio reputed company to investors

Skills

• 1-3 years of private equity, investment banking, valuation, or consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of the private equity asset class, including equity and debt capital markets
• Strong writing, presentation, and research skills
• Ability to work reputed company, manage to deadlines, and coordinate effectively with teams
• Expertise in MS reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word is required
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, reputed company, or Business Administration preferred
• Significant experience in investment reputed company, modeling, and valuation analysis preferred
• Proficiency with CapitalIQ is a plus
