Responsibilities

• Be the first to evaluate the latest beta features

Skills

• Strong passion for PC gaming and hardware
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in Customer-Facing Technical Support reputed company the Consumer Electronics, PC Hardware, or PC Gaming Industry
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
