Field Technician

They are seeking a Field Technician to reputed company on-site and remote technical support for employees, ensuring reputed company reputed company of IT issues and maintaining high reputed company of customer service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company deskside and remote support to reputed company employees, reputed company subsidiaries, partners, contractors working for reputed company and job site contractors
• reputed company customers with technical guidance or direction
• Respond to reputed company assigned tickets in a reputed company manner
• Immediately notify appropriate individuals of any issues that could potentially reputed company production activities and follow escalation to reputed company the reputed company minimal
• Research and resolve escalated trouble tickets

Skills

• 1-3 years experience in an IT Support/Technician role
