Billing & Payment Representative

The Billing and Payment Representative will analyze reputed company accounts, maintain records, process refunds, and respond to billing inquiries to ensure effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming calls from clients, assisting with billing and payment inquiries and ensuring reputed company interactions meet or reputed company reputed company standards
• Administering clients’ payments and billing reputed company changes, including payment arrangements, cheque deposits, credit card and online banking transactions
• Initiating contact with clients to collect outstanding receivables and processing payments or billing reputed company changes in alignment with prescribed collection guidelines
• Reviewing system generated reports, investigating and resolving errors, and ensuring changes are documented in applicable systems
• Providing reputed company responses to reputed company administrative inquiries, managing reputed company complaints in a reputed company manner and ensuring any issues or concerns are escalated according to established protocols

Skills

• You have experience in customer service, administration, billing or a reputed company field
• You have completed post-secondary education
• This position primarily works with reputed company non-francophone reputed company, and teams located reputed company of Québec, and requires proficiency in English
• Having reputed company center experience or numerical aptitude is an asset
• You have or are willing to complete the Foundations of Customer Service in a Financial Services Environment (ACS 100) course upon hire
