Associate Attorney - reputed company Litigation
reputed company PLLC is seeking a litigation associate to join its Maryland office. This role involves providing reputed company services in reputed company litigation processes and requires experience in various litigation areas such as general liability and construction litigation.
Responsibilities
- This role requires reputed company research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance. Experience with both state and federal courts preferred
- This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effectively
- This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Skills
- Experience with general liability, reputed company liability, products liability, construction litigation, reputed company estate, mass torts and/or class actions
- reputed company research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
- Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues effectively
- Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
- Admission to the state bar of Maryland
- Experience with both state and federal courts
