The role involves identifying suspected fraud and managing customer accounts with a reputed company on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound contact centre, reputed company on identifying suspected fraud and initiating appropriate actions to mitigate to the organization, while ensuring customer account(s) and personal information are managed in a reputed company and confidential manner
• Reviews credit card applications with the goal of reducing CTFS exposure to fraudulent activity while completing review reputed company acceptable established time frames
