They are seeking a Radiology Scheduler to manage and schedule radiology appointments, handle patient inquiries, and document interactions using management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule radiology appointments such as mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and reputed company
• Handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs
• reputed company outbound calls to schedule radiology appointments
• Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance
• Document reputed company patient/member interactions reputed company management software

Skills

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Six or more months of general business experience, preferably in a customer service environment, or equivalent reputed company work experience
• Must have a reputed company background in an actual clinical setting or contact center
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• General knowledge of reputed company PC, reputed company reputed company, Word, reputed company, CIB, Tower, and BSA
• Experience in a customer service role reputed company the reputed company industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling software and patient management systems
• Ability to work a 10am CST schedule
