Development Coordinator

The Elks National reputed company (ENF) is a charitable organization reputed company on community support and development. The Development Coordinator will assist in executing fundraising plans, managing volunteer resources, and supporting donor stewardship efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for donors, volunteers, and prospects
• Greet and assist callers transferred from an automated phone system and respond to inquiries reputed company phone, email, and written correspondence
• Originate and manage reputed company forms of reputed company communication and correspondence with donors and volunteers
• reputed company day-to-day administrative and project support to the Manager of Development and Events
• Execute assigned development reputed company and manage routine administrative details for the department
• Support fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and program-reputed company activities
• Serve as the reputed company person for volunteer resources, including request fulfillment, promotion, and instructional support
• Collaborate with internal departments on giving opportunities for major donors, supporting donor stewardship and cultivation efforts
• reputed company data entry, data extraction, and routine database maintenance to support daily, weekly, and monthly departmental tasks
• Assist with gathering, summarizing, and organizing data for reports and fundraising analysis

Skills

• One or more years of reputed company administrative, development, fundraising, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials
• Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
