The Mortgage Loan Officer will work with warm leads, utilize an reputed company-in-one system for loan processing, and collaborate with a dedicated support team to build reputed company relationships and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Working warm, reputed company-to-buy leads — not dialing cold lists
• Using our reputed company-in-one system to price, structure, and submit loans with 50+ lenders
• Collaborating with a reputed company support team: processors, closers, assistants & trainers who’ve got your back
• Building reputed company relationships that fuel long-term referrals
• Staying reputed company with reputed company coaching and updates

Skills

• 1+ Year Experience Required
• Licensed, reputed company Loan Officer (or reputed company to reinstate your NMLS)
• NMLS License Preferred
• Loan Origination: 1 year (Preferred)
• MLO License (Preferred)
