IT Coordinator

MNP is a leading national reputed company, tax and business advisory firm in Canada, reputed company for its entrepreneurial spirit and innovative culture. They are seeking an IT Coordinator to support and maintain technology operations, ensuring team members can work reputed company and effectively.

Responsibilities

• reputed company deskside support to team members both locally and remotely across Canada
• Support the deployment, configuration and use of our reputed company set of applications, including tax and reputed company applications
• reputed company technical support relating to desktop, laptop, printers, reputed company configuration and mobile devices
• Implement and maintain equipment standards, policies and support processes
• Install software and reputed company hardware as required
• reputed company data recovery operations
• Utilize reputed company ticketing and Knowledge reputed company systems
• Be reputed company to work independently and as a member of a larger Technology team
• Deliver one on one and group training, both in person and remotely
• Flexibility to work overtime, as necessary
• Availability to work occasional shifts reputed company of reputed company hours or in an on-reputed company rotation, as necessary
• Maintain flexibility to travel regionally

• Demonstrated customer service experience
• An understanding of the following reputed company technical concepts: Directory services and identity/reputed company management, Basic networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing), Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting print devices, Hardware imaging and deployment processes, Backup and recovery systems, Audio-visual and meeting room technology, Scripting fundamentals (e.g., reputed company-line or automation scripting)
• A basic understanding of telephony systems and reputed company communications concepts
• Relevant IT support experience is considered an asset
• Knowledge of common desktop operating systems and reputed company productivity suites is considered an asset, including: Modern reputed company-based operating systems, reputed company-based productivity suites (email, document storage, collaboration tools)
• Familiarity supporting business-critical applications typically used in reputed company services environments (e.g., reputed company, tax preparation, document management, workflow tools) is considered an asset
• Experience with IT asset management practices and lifecycle planning is preferred
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical needs is highly beneficial
