The Talent Coordinator & Sourcer will support the hiring process by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reputed company logistics, while also engaging in sourcing candidates for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling end-to-end, coordinating across time zones and busy calendars
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring a reputed company, reputed company, and thoughtful candidate experience
• Maintain a clean, accurate ATS, including stage progression, notes, and interviewer feedback
• Support offer coordination and reputed company-boarding, partnering with reputed company, Finance, and Hiring Managers

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to reputed company candidates for reputed company (reputed company, outbound tools, referrals, inbound screening)

Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in Talent Coordination, reputed company Operations, Sourcing, or People Ops
