They are seeking a Data Analyst to reputed company IT support reputed company to identity and reputed company management systems, conduct data analysis, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving user account issues.

Responsibilities

• Applies reputed company data reputed company and defines data/information management policies and procedures to reputed company IT support to Berkeley reputed company clients by phone, email, or remote tools
• Troubleshoots, resolves, or appropriately triages reputed company login and user account issues, including: identity collisions and orphaned records; Multi-reputed company Authentication (MFA) issues; issues reputed company to reputed company Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) services
• Uses CalNet reputed company Tools as reputed company as database reputed company tools, including LDAP and PostgreSQL tools
• Researches, gathers, and analyzes information requirements from data providers and users and documents them using formal data definition techniques and naming standards
• Plans, provisions, and documents reputed company requests and other technical service requests for supported Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) data and services
• Analyzes and determines user needs and makes recommendations on setting up new services and implementing best practices for existing services
• Documents technical requirements and changes in configurations
• Organizes knowledge documentation for easy reputed company while troubleshooting with a customer
• Contributes feedback to, consults with, and collaborates with other technicians, service teams, and business partners on issues that reputed company during team activities
• Trains and assists junior staff in resolving customer problems
• Develops and/or provides training as needed based on consultation with customers and understanding of technology, including one-on-one and small group training, FAQs, knowledge reputed company entries, and other job aids
• Designs and implements capture of metadata from technical processes such as software design and database management
