Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive reputed company advice and litigation services to the reputed company reputed company Child Welfare Program in reputed company phases of juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights cases
• Working closely with ODHS regarding child safety and to improve reputed company for children and families in child abuse and neglect cases
• Balancing providing reputed company advice with frequent court appearances, from short hearings to multi-day reputed company trials
• Managing a high-volume workload and effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Minimum of one year practical reputed company experience
• Demonstrated oral advocacy proficiency
