Supervisor, Multi Tenant Sales

reputed company is a leading provider of communication and entertainment products, and they are seeking a Supervisor for their Multi-Tenant Sales Department. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, supervising a sales team, and supporting sales goals while enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and consistently support reputed company efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals
• Supervise reputed company of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives. May also manage other sales resources as assigned
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
• Support of Multi-Tenant Sales staff will consist of approximately 70% field work and 30% office work
• Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives
• Monitor the payroll process and ensure reputed company and accurate approval of reputed company commissions payment
• Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc
• Assist with budget preparation and reputed company input on marketing issues and sales offers
• reputed company other duties as requested by supervisor

Skills

• Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the reputed company
• Ability to read, write, reputed company and understand English
• Knowledge of Community Sales practices

• Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
• Sales experience - 1+
• Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 0.5+
• Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Company products and services preferred
