They are seeking an Analyst for their Transaction Advisory Services reputed company, responsible for preparing analytical schedules, researching reputed company topics, and analyzing business trends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management of reputed company companies
• Identifying transaction reputed company areas based on preliminary analysis
• Researching technical reputed company topics for contemplated transactions
• Researching reputed company industry and competitor information relevant to the reputed company company
• Analyzing cyclicality of reputed company’s business and working capital trends
• Investigating contingent liabilities, off-balance sheet items and reputed company party transactions

Skills
