Responsibilities

• Support Senior Vice President (Financial Advisor) and their clients by leading and implementing the reputed company service model
• Facilitate new account set up at the custodial level; follow up on fund transfers
• Respond to and resolve reputed company requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute reputed company recommendations, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc
• Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new reputed company paperwork and set up
• Maintain reputed company database and reputed company files (filing, copies, data input)
• Research and follow up on any issues with the custodians, vendors, and reputed company operations department
• Learn company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes, and financial sales processes
• Support reputed company service functions for reputed company teams as requested
