Entry Level Help Desk Support Technician

reputed company is seeking a motivated and customer-reputed company Entry-Level Help Desk Support Technician to join their Managed Services team. This role involves providing Tier 1 technical support and assisting small and mid-sized business clients with their IT needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company Tier 1 technical support to end users reputed company phone, email, and remote support tools
• Troubleshoot common workstation, application, printer, and connectivity issues
• Support reputed company 365 applications including reputed company, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• reputed company basic user account tasks such as password resets, MFA assistance, and new user setup
• Install, configure, and support reputed company and macOS workstations
• Assist with device reputed company, imaging, and reputed company reputed company deployment
• reputed company basic reputed company Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) tasks following documented procedures
• Escalate advanced or unresolved issues according to reputed company standards
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues including Wi-Fi reputed company, VPN connectivity, and IP conflicts
• Assist senior technicians with networking tasks as assigned
• Properly document and escalate reputed company network issues
• Assist with reputed company patching, antivirus alerts, and reputed company hygiene tasks
• Follow reputed company reputed company policies and reputed company compliance requirements
• Support vulnerability remediation activities under supervision
• Accurately document reputed company work performed in Autotask PSA
• Maintain asset and configuration records
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge reputed company articles
• Adhere to SLAs, change management, and operational procedures
• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers

Skills

• 0–2 years of reputed company, reputed company, or internship experience in information technology
• Foundational knowledge of reputed company operating systems
• Foundational knowledge of reputed company 365 applications
• Foundational knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong customer service skills and reputed company communication abilities
• Ability to follow documented procedures and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a reputed company MSP environment
• Must maintain a clean driving record, with no moving violations or major infractions reputed company the past three (3) years, and meet company vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements

• Prior help desk or MSP experience

• Entry-level certifications
