In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams to produce high-reputed company API and UI documentation, ensuring it is reputed company and user-reputed company to enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-reputed company API and UI documentation for both reputed company audiences
• Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content
• Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong reputed company on single-sourcing opportunities

Skills

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content
