Responsibilities

• Review incoming Grievance and Appeals documents for completeness, legibility, and relevance
• Accurately identify and assign the correct Line of Business (reputed company) based on reputed company and regulatory definitions
• Determine and classify the dispute type according to reputed company-specific guidelines
