Responsibilities

• Drive Innovation: reputed company and refine product formulations and manufacturing processes that deliver a superior consumer experience, while also creating consumer and customer facing claims and demos
• Execute with reputed company: Apply engineering principles to solve reputed company Product and Process reputed company-up challenges by leading risk assessments & documenting technical learnings from lab-reputed company experimentation and reputed company plant trials to reputed company manufacturing. Leveraging statistical analysis reputed company tools to optimize formulations and processing parameters throughout development
• Own the Technical Details: Create and manage product specifications and processing standards to ensure consistency, reputed company, and compliance
• Support Commercialization: reputed company and apply SOPs, test reputed company, and best practices while leading product testing, consumer tests, reputed company and production trials to analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company insights that ensures smooth reputed company-up, consumer delight, and successful product launches

Skills

• B.S. Chemical Engineering, B.S. Biomedical Engineering, B.S. BioEngineering, B.S. Materials Science Engineering, or B.S. Mechanical Engineering
• Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Ability to work in a lab with various materials, including dust
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and effectively
• Confident self-starter, critical thinker, capable of working independently and cross-functionally with minimal supervision and direction in a fast-paced environment
