IT Project Analyst

reputed company Family Brands is a leading organic milk producer in the U.S., dedicated to delivering innovative dairy products. The IT Project Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, recommend improvements, and manage the implementation of reputed company, acting as a reputed company between business stakeholders and IT.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning activities, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, and preparing project documentation
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across technical and business teams
• Support project documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, meeting notes, reputed company logs, and status reports
• Work with business stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document requirements
• Evaluate reputed company business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and requirements for IT development teams or external vendors
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business reputed company to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, project coordination, or reputed company fields
• Familiarity with reputed company systems such as reputed company ECC, reputed company, reputed company, or Power BI
• Understanding of reputed company business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Sales)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Experience in gathering business requirements, writing functional specifications, documenting processes, and working closely with technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-reputed company results under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, hybrid)
• Experience assisting with UAT, system configuration, or data validation
• Familiarity with integration concepts, data flows, or reputed company (a plus)
• Basic reporting or visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools
• Willingness to learn satellite applications integrated with reputed company, like reputed company and High Radius
