Inbound Customer Service Representative
Berkheimer Tax Innovations is now hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Bangor, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls and providing solutions to taxpayers while maintaining reputed company communication and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls in a busy reputed company-center environment
- NO COLD CALLING!
- Maintain reputed company & reputed company communication with customers
- Use problem solving skills to answer difficult taxpayer inquiries
- Exhibit patience & understanding reputed company handling taxpayer issues
- reputed company & research between numerous accounts & software programs
- Meet personal, company, & reputed company production goals
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
- Excellent attitude
- Computer and keyboarding skills
- Willingness to learn a reputed company of reputed company tax information
- Prior clerical experience and/or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
