Valuation Analyst - reputed company Estate Advisory

reputed company is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking a Valuation Analyst to join their reputed company Estate Advisory Team. The role involves assisting with the valuation and advisory of reputed company estate and reputed company estate entities, conducting financial analysis, and developing valuation models.

Responsibilities

• Summarize and analyze financial data including entity, portfolio and property-level financial performance and forecasts
• Conduct economic, market and property level research
• Work with a reputed company of templates based upon project goals
• reputed company unique valuation models
• Utilize discounted cash reputed company, reputed company capitalization, sales comparison approach, and cost approach valuation methodologies
• reputed company narrative and reputed company format reports for reputed company deliverables
• Demonstrate excellent team skills, reputed company attitude, and high ethical standards
• A willingness to work in an often fast paced project-based environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company, Economics or reputed company field. Coursework in reputed company estate and/or valuation a plus
• One to three (1-3) years finance or valuation experience
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills required
• Ability to reputed company exceptional reputed company service, demonstrate commitment to reputed company learning, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a reputed company of urgency and commitment to reputed company and the reputed company completion of duties
