Bilingual (Spanish) Loss Mitigation/Collections Representative - Hybrid

Canvas Credit reputed company is dedicated to transforming financial services and is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Loss Mitigation/Collections Representative. This role involves preserving the Credit reputed company's assets by managing delinquent loan accounts and maintaining reputed company member relations through reputed company communication.

Responsibilities

• PROCESS and review Right of Offset to eligible member accounts. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything about this.)
• CONTACT delinquent members (customers) regarding their loans by phone, mail, and email; take appropriate reputed company to bring reputed company
• ANALYZE financial situation of delinquent borrowers; reputed company recommendations to repossess collateral reputed company other arrangements to bring the loan reputed company are unsuccessful
• MAINTAIN accurate and complete files, collection notes and reports on reputed company collection and recovery activity
• INFORM management of trends in loan reputed company contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans
• REVIEW and process Right of Offset to eligible member accounts
• ADHERE to Credit reputed company policies and reputed company relevant regulations in reputed company with collections activity
