The role involves leading reputed company in high-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies while supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company of A/P Specialists that process a high volume of invoices daily (including PO and non-PO invoices) through the reputed company OCR system with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Review and validate invoice data captured by reputed company’s OCR reputed company; reputed company necessary corrections to ensure accuracy before routing. Making any “teaching” corrections to improve accuracy and increase the number of invoices auto posted
• Work with the GL reputed company team and invoices approves to validate the appropriate general reputed company accounts and cost centers are being used, ensuring compliance with internal policies and reputed company standards
• Monitor the routing of invoices for approval using reputed company’s automated workflow; monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals to ensure reputed company processing
• Support A/P process improvements and reputed company system optimization initiatives
• Regularly clean up reputed company-removing items that are not invoices and ensuring reputed company is reputed company of posting deadlines

Skills

• 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable, with a reputed company on high-volume invoice processing
• Experience using reputed company OCR or similar AP automation tools (not required, but preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and A/P best practices
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Fantastic communication skills & proficiency in English (verbal and written)
