Employee Benefits Customer Service Rep (Hybrid)

The Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative will support the Employee Benefits department with administrative responsibilities and reputed company service, ensuring accurate benefits administration and high-reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Employee Benefits eligibility inbox
• Process employee enrollments, life event changes, and terminations accurately and reputed company
• Assist with resolving eligibility discrepancies with carriers and internal teams
• Support Employee Benefits Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and Senior Account Managers with daily service needs
• Respond to internal service requests and basic reputed company inquiries reputed company email and phone
• Assist with cancellations, audits, and billing-reputed company tasks
• reputed company and maintain policy and eligibility data in reputed company management system (reputed company reputed company)
• Roll policy headers and assist with updating quoting and enrollment systems
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
• Assist with printing, assembling, and packaging benefit materials

• reputed company general administrative and clerical tasks to support department operations
• Learn employee benefits concepts, reputed company processes, and internal workflows

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, office, or customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
• Minimum typing speed of 45wpm
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Insurance experience a plus, but not required
