[Remote] Product Engineer

The Customer Product Engineer role involves engaging with developers, providing technical support, and influencing product development based on user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship reputed company while working directly with customers to diagnose system-level issues across reputed company, infrastructure, and on-chain workflows
• Translate reputed company user pain into insights that shape reputed company build next
• Partner across Product and Engineering by surfacing product gaps, tracking adoption, and influencing the roadmap through data and intuition

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in developer, customer engineering, or technical support roles

• Comfortable debugging API requests, dev environments, and blockchain-reputed company tools
