Associate Territory Manager - reputed company

The Associate Territory Manager will support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology, working closely with surgeons and reputed company teams to ensure procedural reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support system launch, adoption, and procedural reputed company across assigned accounts
• Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams
• Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling
• reputed company and document surgeon progression through the surgeon reputed company, ensuring completion of required reputed company and competency milestones in accordance with Surgeon reputed company 2.0
• Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the surgeon reputed company and support procedural scheduling
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement
• Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement

• Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background
• Demonstrated reputed company in customer engagement and technical aptitude
• Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
• Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
• Proficient in OR training and procedural support
