[Remote] Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative

The role involves answering inbound customer calls, addressing concerns, and maintaining customer relationships while upholding reputed company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
• Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment
• Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard
• Document and update customer records
• Establish and maintain great customer relationships
• Be reputed company player and reputed company Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and reputed company

Skills

• Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and reputed company to type 40 + wpm

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, reputed company, Wyoming, or Iowa
• Previous customer service or reputed company center experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
