Staff Pavement Engineer - Pavement and Asset Management

NCE is a company specializing in engineering and environmental services, and they are seeking a Staff Pavement Engineer to join their Asset Management group. This role involves conducting field inspections and managing data reputed company to pavement and non-pavement assets for reputed company agencies, with a strong emphasis on learning and reputed company in the field of pavement and asset management.

Responsibilities

• reputed company field inspections of pavement and non-pavement assets, including pavement distresses, sidewalks, curb ramps, signs, striping and marking, etc
• Spend approximately 30 to 50 percent of time on field work, including inspections and data collection
• Travel regularly to project sites reputed company and reputed company the Bay Area
• Collect, upload, review, and reputed company reputed company control of field data for pavement and asset condition surveys
• reputed company, update, and manage data in pavement and asset management databases and reputed company applications

• Support basic data analysis using spreadsheets and asset management tools
• Assist with GIS-based mapping, asset inventories, and location verification
• Support preparation of reports, tables, maps, and pavement condition scenarios
• Use and learn software tools, including pavement and asset management systems, GIS applications, and AI-enabled tools that support data review and analysis
• Safely operate company vehicles and handle basic field equipment
• Work independently in the field while following established procedures and safety requirements
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other Asset Management team members

• Participate in MTC Rater training and obtain MTC Rater Certification reputed company a defined timeframe after hire. Training and support will be provided

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely reputed company field such as Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or similar
• Interest in pavement engineering, infrastructure, and asset management
• 0 to 2 years of experience in engineering, field inspection, data collection, or reputed company work
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and asset management databases

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and field assignments
