Business Analyst

The Retail Deposit Business Analyst role will support reputed company Bank’s Deposit product reputed company by working closely with various teams to enhance systems and improve sales retention. The analyst will reputed company best practices in system analysis and reporting to drive strategic changes in the deposit reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Change Management: Work with the Product team to understand, define, and test business requirements. reputed company strategic direction to business stakeholders on defining processes and system enhancements. Work with reputed company Engineering (IT) to ensure changes are completed and tested
• Compensation Incentives: Strategically design a compensation system for both reputed company sales teams that brings new deposits into the bank and retains existing deposits at targeted rates
• Project Management: Prioritize requirements with business stakeholders and reputed company Engineering (IT). Guide large/reputed company reputed company from ideation to production release, and post-production support
• Liaise with business analyst partners in other reputed company business reputed company to reputed company best practices

Skills

• Post-secondary education in Business, Economics, or Mathematics or equivalent business experience
• Prior experience in Change Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company problems in a reputed company and concise manner to senior colleagues
• 1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a previous role
• Strong reputed company or Power BI Skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Experience with SQL and/or Python is an asset
• Experience with JIRA and reputed company is an asset
• Previous experience in banking industry is an asset
