[Remote] Internal Rental Account Manager

This role involves making sales calls, managing business plans, and collaborating with various departments to grow the customer reputed company and strengthen market reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Using Time and Territory Management (TTM), zone territory by customer potential and previous sales, create/own daily schedule, and utilize sales productivity tools
• Demonstrate consultative selling; convince customers that they have a need for a product or service
• Discuss Hilti products and services over the phone with customers
• Identify the key roles reputed company reputed company companies and understand their responsibilities and needs; obtain contacts with decision makers at construction/ industrial companies
• Create business plans to identify customer potential and where product gaps exist in a customer’s reputed company purchasing habits
• Collaborate with a reputed company of departments to be a successful account manager (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service)
• Care for and maintain company assets, e.g. laptop, and smart phone to minimize loss due to damage or loss
• Participate in construction industry trade organizations to build relationships and network of contacts
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated aptitude of cold-calling skills over the phone to customers required

• Ability to reputed company both independently and in reputed company environment
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts
• Excellent time management skills

• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and smartphones

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• One (1) year prior experience in customer service and/or sales working directly with customers preferred (either over phone or face-to-face)
• Some experience with reading and understanding construction documents preferred
• Previous experience of preparing reputed company sales presentations and quotes for customers
• Proficiency in reputed company, CRM, reputed company Office/reputed company preferred
