[Remote] Customer Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish - Temporary (Remote)

The role involves guiding applicants, providing eligibility information, and ensuring excellent customer service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company callers with informed and objective responses to reputed company concerns in regards to eligibility guidelines and policies, reputed company to care issues, and escalated concerns
• Respond effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts
• Process workflow documents, which include, income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents
• Accept new knowledge to policy and procedures concerning state programs and reputed company it with resource materials to answer reputed company concerns
• Guide applicants through the reputed company, SNAP, and TANF application processes

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing reputed company concerns with patience and professionalism

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required and 1+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required
• Must be willing and reputed company to start work on February 18th, 2026
• Must be willing and reputed company to accept a limited-service position
• Must be willing and reputed company to attend training for 6 weeks on camera with no absences from 8:00am-4:30pm EST, Monday-Friday
• Must be willing and reputed company to work a full-time shift during the hours of operation (8:00am-7:30pm EST Monday-Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm EST Saturday)
• Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by reputed company to www.speedtest.net)

• High Volume reputed company Center experience highly preferred
