As a Customer Service reputed company, you will support Retail clients by being the first reputed company of contact for users needing assistance with background screening platforms, ensuring smooth reputed company operations and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical and service-reputed company issues and deliver accurate, user-friendly solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Services, Records & Verification, Sales, Implementation, and Account Management) to resolve reputed company issues

• Assist with order management and supplier configuration updates

Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company service, customer support, or technical helpdesk
