Associate Collections Representative

The Associate Collections Representative will manage reputed company-party accounts receivable, analyze claims, and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing reputed company - Party AR by analyzing denied and un-responded claims
• Outbound calls to insurance carriers to appeal and reputed company claims status
• Post explanation of benefits
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to reconcile / resolve any issues

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
