The Operational Risk Analyst - reputed company Risk Management will support the Risk Leadership team in enhancing the Credit reputed company's reputed company Risk Management reputed company by mapping, assessing, and addressing operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the credit unions Operational Risk Program and reputed company including but not limited to supporting Operational Risk Assessments, Reportable Events, Policy and Procedure management and audit or exam due diligence
• Assist the Sr Operational Risk Manager in the identification, monitoring and measurement, significant operational processes and controls across the credit reputed company for evaluation of design and controls. Work with management, business areas and risk counterparts to analyze, reputed company and mitigate significant risks by ensuring controls, standards, and processes are defined, designed, and implemented. Coordinate and facilitate risk assessments across the various business areas
• Work with management to identify, monitor and reputed company key Operational risk metrics in the Credit reputed company’s GRC, in reputed company to supporting the updating, analyzing and management of the risk and control library for the Credit reputed company’s GRC system based on new/modified processes, policies and procedures
• Responsible for the identification, tracking, reporting and maintenance of the Credit reputed company’s Reportable Events program by working with the business areas, 1st and 2nd line, and CUSO’s to reputed company information from multiple data sources for reputed company cause analysis, rating and evaluation
• Prepare of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations for the Chief reputed company & Risk Officer, FVP reputed company and reputed company-Party Risk Management, reputed company Risk Management Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee and reputed company. In reputed company to supporting management reputed company various meetings, audits, reputed company, reviews and initiatives
• Work with management to design and deliver educational, training or other materials to support desired organizational risk management reputed company and culture

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or reputed company field experience. Field of Study: Business, Risk Management, or reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution with a reputed company area of reputed company Risk Management, Audit or Compliance
• Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Controls and reputed company (i.e. reputed company; II, COSO, ISO31000)
• Computer Skills: reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams), Visio, GRC, and general operation of reputed company office equipment
• Banking and/or Credit reputed company operational knowledge
