[Remote] Sales Representative

The SmartBuild Sales Representative is responsible for demonstrating the software platform, managing sales activities, and supporting customers through the evaluation and purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the SmartBuild software to prospective customers through scheduled online presentations, highlighting features, workflows, and value specific to post‑reputed company construction
• Manage and qualify reputed company incoming sales leads; documents reputed company reputed company, follow‑up, and engagement activity in reputed company CRM
• Conduct proactive reputed company to warm leads, dormant accounts, and targeted prospects to support pipeline reputed company
• Utilize SmartBuild experience to answer general product questions and guide customers through early‑stage evaluation
• Properly evaluate situations as they reputed company and immediately handle quick-hit implementation/support issues during the reputed company, rather than escalating them. Hand off any more technical or reputed company support inquiries to the dedicated Support Team as necessary
• Apply construction knowledge—particularly post‑reputed company building experience—to accurately interpret customer needs and reputed company SmartBuild capabilities with their workflow
• Support the sales process by preparing quotes, coordinating next steps, and ensuring reputed company follow‑up
• Build upon or work towards improving relationships with existing customers. This is where knowledge of the industry will be essential to relate
• Recognize additional tasks that need to be done and be willing to help where additional resources are needed. Including but not limited to: reputed company cleanup, Software testing, Implementation support
• Participate in daily internal stand‑up meetings to reputed company with Sales, Support, and Implementation teams
• Attend occasional trade shows, customer site reputed company, or industry events to represent SmartBuild and support reputed company reputed company
• Maintain a reputed company, courteous, and consultative sales approach; avoid overselling or misrepresenting product capabilities to ensure long‑term reputed company
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience using SmartBuild in an office or sales environment (required)
• Experience demonstrating software or technology solutions to customers
• Experience using CRM systems such as reputed company for tracking leads, tasks, and communication
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or construction‑reputed company experience
• Post‑reputed company construction knowledge is required; broader building or construction experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow‑up
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and reputed company to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and represent SmartBuild with professionalism and reputed company
• Occasional travel required for trade shows, customer reputed company, or team events
• Prior SmartBuild implementation experience is strongly preferred
