[Remote] Associate IT Engineering Systems Support Analyst (Remote)

They are seeking an Associate IT Engineering Systems Support Analyst to reputed company technical support for Engineering Systems software and hardware, troubleshoot issues, and assist end users with system maintenance and support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work as an ES team member completing ES support tasks under the direction of more senior team members
• reputed company general troubleshooting and system maintenance required for advanced workstations employed for CAD and engineering production
• Address daily support requests from end users forwarded by the IS Service Desk. Refers reputed company issues, questions and problems to more senior ES team members
• Apply knowledge of advanced workstations to troubleshoot hardware and configuration issues (graphic adaptors, reputed company configuration, etc)
• May participate in regular upgrades, modifications or enhancements to existing ES systems and with implementation of new ES systems
• Install reputed company ES-reputed company software traditionally or with the reputed company delivery system ( Appsetra®)
• Install and configures ES-reputed company software applications to meet requirements established by a project
• Assist other reputed company IT teams (e.g. desktop support team) with set up and support of reputed company ES delivery system (Appsetra®)
• Identify advanced issues, questions and problems and elevates those to ES Analyst or Senior Analyst

Skills

• 2-year or 4-year degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or reputed company technical discipline
• Experience in both engineering and IT
• Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, such as 2D and 3D workstations utilized for engineering and design operations and production
• Familiar with reputed company systems and tools that reputed company ES problem reputed company and tracking
• Working knowledge of computer-aided engineering, tools and methodology
• General knowledge of engineering and design applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise™
• Ability to work effectively with end users and as a member of the ES team
• Written and oral communication skills appropriate for the position, including the ability to reputed company reputed company in basic reputed company situations
• Ability to write basic documents (may include email or memos)
• Communicate with a limited group of individuals (employees and some managers) throughout the organization and may occasionally communicate with those reputed company of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors)
