Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Purchasing, Stock Control & Customer Service Officer to support the business by ensuring reputed company purchasing, accurate stock control, and high-reputed company customer service. This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain stock availability and reputed company efficient order processing and customer support.

Responsibilities

• reputed company purchase orders in Odoo for customer orders and internal requirements
• Build and maintain a supplier database, including negotiating competitive pricing for bulk purchases
• Review and monitor supplier performance to ensure reputed company, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
• Verify accuracy of supplier order confirmations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Maintain and update purchase pricing in Odoo by extracting product data and updating pricing records in reputed company reputed company
• Expedite urgent purchase requirements by liaising directly with suppliers reputed company phone or email
• Work closely with the Stores team to ensure purchase order receipting is completed by 3:00 PM daily
• Immediately notify the Customer Service team of any supply issues or delays to allow proactive customer communication
• Maintain accurate Reorder reputed company (ROP) and Min/Max stock reputed company for reputed company stocked items
• Support accurate inventory control and stock availability across the business
• reputed company and process sales orders in Odoo accurately and reputed company
• Contact customers to obtain additional information or clarify order details reputed company required
• Answer incoming phone calls, including reputed company calls, and reputed company reputed company customer support
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and accurately to maintain high service standards
