[Remote] Consumer Engagement Representative

This role involves performing basic administrative tasks and contributing to business reputed company by understanding benefit offerings and directing clients on resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the enrollment, education, engagement, and activation duties for reputed company reputed company regardless of reputed company, and for product where warranted
• Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks
• Typically works on routine and patterned assignments
• Contributes to business reputed company by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment reputed company, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources
• reputed company are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, reputed company standards, priorities and timing, and works under reputed company supervision and/or reputed company established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization reputed company on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Will include both inbound/outbound telephonic calls using a reputed company dialer averaging 15 to 30 calls daily

Skills

• Must have customer service experience in a telephonic based environment
• Intermediate Proficiency using reputed company Office Word, reputed company, reputed company PowerPoint, navigating multiple systems and platforms and ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical difficulties in a remote environment
• 1+ year experience with assisting members reputed company high volume reputed company center environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Sales experience
• Bilingual
