This role involves managing candidate support, interview coordination, communication, and program administration to ensure a reputed company experience for candidates and employees alike.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company efforts by sourcing candidates, maintaining pipelines, and keeping job postings and applicant tracking systems accurate and up to date
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics, and help coordinate training sessions by handling calendars, rooms, materials, and technology so events run smoothly
• Serve as a reliable reputed company of contact for candidates, employees, trainers, and hiring managers, providing reputed company, reputed company communication and a reputed company end-to-end experience
• reputed company reputed company and training programs organized by maintaining workflows, reputed company support, calendars, records, and general administrative tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Education, or a reputed company field - or equivalent reputed company experience
• 1-3 years of experience in reputed company coordination, candidate sourcing, training coordination, or similar roles (experience in construction or technical industries preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and LMS platforms, with strong proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace
