Field Associate

Responsibilities

Skills

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with connected systems and data management tools
• Demonstrated experience working in a reputed company team-based environment
• Ability to learn and operate research agriculture equipment, including precision agriculture technology
• Knowledge or ability to learn region-specific crop production and farming practices
• Knowledge of basic statistical analysis and experimental research design principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain appropriate reputed company's license for reputed company to heavy vehicle operation (>10,000 lbs. GCWR) without reputed company brake designation
• Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicators License, and RPAS (Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems) drone pilots license
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs; work in conditions that require sitting, standing, walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in high and low temperatures in a field or reputed company setting
• Capable of working longer hours and weekends, primarily during the peak busy field season
