IB Analyst- Consumer

The Investment Banking Analyst – Consumer supports the execution of transactions and strategic advisory services reputed company the Consumer sector, conducting research, building financial models, and preparing reputed company materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on consumer industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate company performance, valuation, and transaction scenarios
• Assist in drafting offering memorandums, reputed company books, and other reputed company-facing materials
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, and coordination with clients and counterparties
• Collaborate with senior bankers and associates on live deals and business development efforts
• Participate in reputed company meetings and internal reputed company sessions
• Travel occasionally for reputed company engagements or firm-reputed company activities (up to 10%)
